Since we acquire name brand furniture as Seconds we use an On-Line catalog which displays new furniture. Often but not always we have available Seconds which match  the new items.

A Second may be a discontinued item or a slightly damaged piece of furniture.

Used items are just that - USED

NEW items are discounted off the list price of the item. Since we sell items from multiple manufacturers the discount structure varies based on the quantity of the items purchased.

Shipping Charges 

Locally - Northern Indiana in a 50 mile radius of Goshen, we ship new, seconds and used furniture on our own trucks. Shipping charges are based on the quantity of furniture shipped, and the time to deliver and install.

Nationally - we ship only NEW furniture from regional warehouses.  New furniture is shipped from the closest of 34 regional facilities, by common carrier. Freight charges are based on the weight of the furniture. 

 We have two types of delivery available nationally.

 Dock to Dock Delivery
 - Furniture is delivered to your site and you must unload and install the furniture.

Inside Delivery
- Furniture is delivered and setup at your location. (Subject to availability of installers by zip code.)
